What To Include In Your Message
Briefly describe your question, the countries involved and the tax year. If a deadline is approaching, include the date so we can check timing before you book.
You do not need to send tax IDs or a document bundle with your first enquiry. We will ask for relevant information if needed.

If You Have A Deadline
Include the notification date and response deadline in your first message. We need to confirm whether we can help in time. Sending an enquiry or booking a review does not extend a tax deadline or appoint us to represent you.
Review scope
What You Get For EUR 500
The call and written review are both included.
Call: 30 minutes on Google Meet, by voice or video, in English or Portuguese.
Output: a Tax Position Review, a short written memorandum that states the Portuguese legal position on your questions, the rules that decide it and the steps the law requires. Sent by email within 3 working days after the call and receipt of the necessary information.
Suitability: a check before the call; if the review would not help, we tell you and refund the full fee.
Boundaries
Choose The Help You Need
The EUR 500 Tax Position Review includes advice in writing and a 30-minute call. Preparing a tax return is a different service, with its own scope and fee.
Taxbordr prepares Portuguese returns. For the Portugal + US package, a partner prepares the US federal return; the forms and responsibilities are confirmed before payment. Direct coordination, other foreign filings and implementation are agreed separately.
