The Tax Position Review is the entry point for everything else we do.
Call: 30 minutes with Telmo on Google Meet, voice or video, in English or Portuguese (other working languages on request).
Output: a written Position Memo by email within 3 business days once the call and required inputs are complete, signed by Telmo, grounded in the relevant law or treaty position and explained in plain language, and stating which next step fits the case.
Credit: the EUR 500 is credited in full toward any engagement over EUR 1,500.
Telmo reviews every intake; if a review will not add value to your case, we tell you before the call and refund in full.
Before the Call
What to Send Before the Call

Send what you have. We can run a useful 30 minutes on as little as a clear written question plus a year of identifiers (NIF, your Portuguese tax number; residency status; country of arrival or departure; employment or self-employment status; and regime status if NHR or IFICI is in play).

To get more from the call, also share: last filed Modelo 3 (Portugal’s annual income tax return) plus Anexo J (the foreign-income annex) if any, the home-country return for the same year, any AT (Portugal’s tax authority) notice or divergence letter received in the last twelve months, and any contract that drives the question (employment, equity, real estate, pension, dividend stream, or trust).
Response Time
New review requests booked through this page normally receive slot confirmation within one business day, and the signed Position Memo is normally delivered within 3 business days once the call and required inputs are complete. AT-deadline-driven cases can be flagged on the booking form for priority review.
