The Tax Consultation for your company answers one question from both sides: the company's position, and yours as its owner. A decision taken in the company can change your own tax as well, so the memo covers both. It suits the owners of a Portuguese company with foreign clients or founders, and of a foreign company with staff in Portugal.
What you get
- A 30-minute call with your adviser, who reads your documents and the company's beforehand.
- A follow-up memo of up to four pages, signed by your adviser, covering the company's position and yours: what applies, what it depends on and the dates that matter.
- Your file, opened in your portal.
How it works
- Send your request. We reply within 2 working days with the payment link, and you choose the time of your call once you have paid.
- We confirm your identity and the company's before any work starts.
- You upload your documents and the company's in your portal before the call, and your adviser calls you for 30 minutes at the time you choose.
- Your follow-up memo reaches your portal within 3 working days after the call.
What is not included
- The company's accounts and corporate return, kept and signed by its certified accountant or by our partner accountant.
- A restructuring, the sale of the business and other larger company work, which we price separately.
- New questions after the memo, and any filing with the tax authority; we give you the fee before any further work.
